Privacy Policy

RMTE AI is a pre-launch project. The only personal information we collect is an email address, and only if you type one into our waitlist form. We use it to tell you when we launch. We do not sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time by emailing justinm1953+rmte@gmail.com.

Your email address, when you submit it through the waitlist form. Alongside it we store the date and time you signed up and which form you used.

We do not ask for your name, your location, or any payment information. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

To notify you about RMTE AI and HikerGPT — availability, early access, and occasional progress updates. That is the entire purpose. We will not add you to an unrelated mailing list or use your address to build a profile of you.

We store waitlist addresses with Supabase, our database provider, and we may use an email delivery provider to send waitlist messages. These companies process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if legally required to do so, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we retire it — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further messages.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email justinm1953+rmte@gmail.com and we will action the request. There is no account to close and no form to fill in.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honour these requests regardless of where you are.

Waitlist data is stored in an access-controlled database that is not readable from the public internet, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but an email address is the only thing we hold, and we intend to keep it that way.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact justinm1953+rmte@gmail.com and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will be communicated by email.
